About The Trainers:

Jennifer Kennett

Jennifer KennettAs an entrepreneur since 1985, Jennifer understands the challenges that women entrepreneurs experience on a daily basis. She has a deep and abiding passion for the human spirit and an intuitive understanding of how people move through their creative and entrepreneurial process. In her role as a psychotherapist, she has helped hundreds of clients by creating a safe space in which they can explore and pursue new possibilities. She completed a Professional Business Coaching Certificate in 2015, an M.B.A. with distinction in Human Resource Management in 2010, and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology in 2001. She is also the owner/founder of Eastside Family Counseling, which has been in operation since 2012.

She has also devoted a significant amount of time to building and supporting functional teams in her role as a leader with various volunteer and professional organizations. She is trained in mediation and conflict resolution, consensus-based decision making, and crisis response. These experiences inform her coaching process, which guides her clients the through the steps needed to transform their business and life experience. Nikki Rausch
