A Different Way to Do Sales.

Most people who teach selling skills talk about the importance of the follow-up and how many prospects you have in your funnel. They do not get into the actual sales conversations – the words you need to say – necessary to book a client.

The Sales Maven framework is different. Through 25 years of sales success and extensive background in NLP (neurolinguistic programming), I, Nikki Rausch, teach tangible skills that, when you take action and implement them in your own business, will give you massive results.

My focus is on the sales conversation itself.
I give people the “what to say” and “when to say it” so that clients who implement bring a significant increase to their revenue and find more satisfaction in working with their ideal client.

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is defined as the study of the structure of subjective experience. It studies the pattern or “programming” created by the interaction between the brain (“neuro”), language (“linguistic”), and the body.

NLP Explained

NLP is the study of communication and modeling excellence. Learning about your own patterns and recognizing other people’s patterns allows for flexibility in your own behavior to build rapport, influence, and deepen the connection. Being able to ask key questions to elicit the structure of how someone excels in an area of life gives a framework of how we can all excel in that same area.

A sales secret weapon

I was drawn to NLP initially to strengthen my sales skills. I was already getting great results in my career, and I wanted to take my success to the next level. It worked. In my first year of studying NLP, I was offered a new job and negotiated a 20% pay increase in my income using NLP techniques.

What I was learning in my NLP classes was improving all of the relationships in my life – with prospects, my network, clients, friends, family, and most importantly, with my loving partner.
