You have to read this book if you are in sales! Learn how to change how you listen and ask questions to gain new clients and recognize your current clients’ needs more quickly. You and your clients will feel appreciated. Unlike most books on sales, Nikki Rausch has created an easy read that is more like a conversation. I will be using Buying Signals as a quick reference tool in the future. Dreading sales will be a thing of the past.
