How To Deal With Difficult People
When it comes to connecting with new people, do you generally find it easy to do or has it been difficult in the past?
There’s the people you meet and feel an instant connection, pretty easy to get the conversation going with these people. And then, there’s the other people, the ones you feel like you don’t know what to say or how to even begin a conversation.
In order to establish rapport, there are a few simple techniques you can employ, even with the “difficult” people.
As you may know, we kicked off the Savvy Selling 5 week class yesterday. The group’s quite diverse – small business owners, corporate sales people and solo entrepreneurs.
I thought it might be fun to share a couple of audio clips from our class as a special feature.
