How To Deal With Difficult People

Dealing With Difficult People

When it comes to connecting with new people, do you generally find it easy to do or has it been difficult in the past?

There’s the people you meet and feel an instant connection, pretty easy to get the conversation going with these people.  And then, there’s the other people, the ones you feel like you don’t know what to say or how to even begin a conversation.

In order to establish rapport, there are a few simple techniques you can employ, even with the “difficult” people.

As you may know, we kicked off the Savvy Selling 5 week class yesterday. The group’s quite diverse – small business owners, corporate sales people and solo entrepreneurs.

I thought it might be fun to share a couple of audio clips from our class as a special feature.

Class participants left with the tools they need and the confidence to try the tips and techniques in their business right away – with new and existing clients.

Take a listen and gain a few ideas of how to deal with those “difficult” people and learn how to establish rapport quickly.

Here’s a few audio clips from this week’s Savvy Selling class: The Key To Closing More Sales.

I’ll email you the Week 1 lesson plans and full audio recording and add you to the exclusive private Facebook group to meet the other class participants.
